And my answer is it's a whole lot more complicated than you think to make sure that people stay safe that deliver the the nicest newest cars across the board at all times and to do it in as many locations as we do it. As far as our competitive advantages because of course over the course of time folks have come into the industry and said if all that we're doing is providing racing experiences how tough could that be. So that was kind of our initial market entry tactic and it has worked and served us well over the past seven years. And we were confident enough that it should exist in the first place. And so we had the unique opportunity to to create something on our own which of course helped fuel our growth because we were ambitious and risky enough to do it. But I would say 10 years ago this industry never existed. As you may be aware or you may have uncovered while you were doing your research about extreme experience.
As far as competition is concerned it's a niche industry.
